What is the flexibility of yoga – a simple and basic definition

Flexibility is the ability to adapt to a different situation or ability to easily bend an entity. Flexibility is the outermost region of progression in the wrist or in the mixture of joints, which is possible with momentary effort. Flexibility is associated with some body joints and not with the whole body. In other words, it's a legend that some people are naturally flexible through their own body. Flexibility is related to the movement of muscles around the joints. Flexibility is also related to the mobility and flexibility of joints.

Dynamic, static-active and static-passive are the three main types of flexibility. Dynamic flexibility is the ability to reach the ceiling range of the wrist movement during movement. In simple terms, this kind of flexibility appears when walking, running, or participating in physical activity. The static-active is more like a previous exercise, such as bending and touching the toes (without bouncing). finally, the static-passive flexibility is the movement created by the hinge structure when an external force, such as another person or apparatus, aids in movement.

When performing any of the steps:

  • To achieve better flexibility, all projections must be started slowly with the same exhalation
  • Try to keep each section for at least 10-30 seconds.

Avoid these stretching errors:

  • Do not pull back stretching. Stretching is more advantageous and less risk of injury.
  • Do not give a muscle that does not heat up.
  • Do not hold the air to provide sufficient flexibility.

Flexibility is the only thing everyone can do, which is a safe way to increase sports performance or prevent injuries. Remember that you can make your stretches easier and keep the movement between 10 and 30 seconds. For best results, you should provide twice or more daily.
Types of flexibility are different for different people and movements because they need sports, work or routine routine activities in one day. Key benefits of flexibility:

  • Better blood circulation in the body
  • Less damage to the body
  • Light and more movement in the body without any trunk

It should be noted that some joints have a certain range of flexibility. Some are more flexible and less stringent, so extreme caution is needed. The shape of the person is not the decisive factor of flexibility. Yoga and stretching increase body elasticity.
Flexibility exercises are nowadays part of every training part as they are necessary and help to fit and avoid injuries. Increasing flexibility by stretching will surely provide you with a great health and well-being that lasts for many years.
