Under late conditions (3-4 weeks before delivery) do not overuse the use of sweets, do not take grapes and water flour (which contains many glucose) because otherwise the fetus will be large and complicated by the delivery process

Water treatment is very important. You need to enter the fluid regularly into the body, ie several drinks, though multiple intervals of 1.5 to 2 hours. Better drink tea, fruit and berry, the usual water. Of course, completely exclude alcohol (including beer).

A few words about medicines. Keep in mind that any medicine, from banal analgesics to antibiotics, is alien and toxic to the body, especially the one growing. So do not take any medicine without absolutely any need. But this necessity suddenly occurs, you must consult your gynecologist and read the comments carefully.
