Yoga can be scary for the novice.
You go to the local library or Barnes & Noble and pick up a book on the subject, and you see people turning to a situation that they would never have believed in the human body.
Even though finding a book that is supposed to be a yoga posture, every picture is absolutely impossible!
Especially for you.
You're trying to get one or two, and you can not get close to what the pictures show … or … worse … you feel sharp, stinging pain that tells you they went too far.
