First, ask the first part of the question, "What is nutrition?" Wikipedia – Nutrition (also known as nutrition or nutrition) provides cells and organisms with life-like materials (food form).
The second part of the question, "What does the body do?" It's pretty simple, right? We are what we eat. It does not contain any special foods that provide nutrition to the cells and organisms needed to maintain life in the human body. Fact: You eat uneven foods or many greasy foods and you will not be very healthy. Many healthy health problems can be prevented or alleviated by healthy eating.
The key to good nutrition is to eat all the nutrients you eat and not so much calories. There are many nutrients, and most of the calories are left alone. This means you have to eat a diet that is high in nutrition and low in calories. Foods like apple (on skin) of fresh fruits, apricots, blueberries, grapefruit, bananas, to name but a few. Their nutritional values are intense, with low calorie intake.
But you still need the protein. The vegetables are a great source and the best for this purpose are green leaves, (cooked) shells, turnips, bok choy, kel and cage. Carrots, celery stalks are good cooked or raw. Beans are also very good source of protein, capsules, black and red beans and lime beans.
Improving your diet does not mean you have to bore yourself boring foods. Only a little imagination can enjoy the dishes, exceptionally good. The spice or spice combination can simply be added to heat or flavor. Are you a little hungry? Pop some pop corn, filling and a great way to make nutrients.
