About five years ago I bought a couple of books from this guy, Matt Furey, who completely changed my method. So far, I focused on weight training during my work. I quickly sold all my free weight and never looked back.

After buying Furey's books, I realized that I was making a lot of use of body weight training during major physical education. I played a season. I did not raise weights all season. They did not have part of our team training and who had their energy after weight training after exercise.

After the wrestling season ended, I went back to the weight. For the first time I was on the bench I was able to win more than 25 kg more than my previous tops after warming up. I was surprised because I did not touch a dumbbell for more than 3 months!

After I went through the course I bought, I realized that I had a lot of practice in the book of wrestling practice. Why did not I do these exercises after wrestling? You can not regret the past. The great thing is that you can start exactly where you are and you can actually find results in body weight training.

Another great advantage of body weight training is that you see results without having to spend an incredible amount of time. Probably probably works less than 20 minutes a day. Who can not do it?

Body mass training is great for those who are traveling and on the road. You do not need a gym and you do not need equipment. The only thing you probably need is a carpet or a comfortable piece of carpet. Yoga mats can work.

When I bought my first book, I bought several other books and courses on body weight, yoga yoga, and other similar topics. They're all good. I like to change workouts, and information from different sources is very helpful with this. Check out some weight training sessions. You will be happy.
