Experts say that the physical aspect of Hatha Yoga or yoga consists of specific body positions or coordination exercises that help a person achieve the physical fitness necessary to achieve spiritual enlightenment. Although yoga works on every part of the body, it is especially useful for reducing body fat and fighting obesity. As we all know, obesity is one of the most common problems people experience today. Because of sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy diet, people become increasingly fatigued and suffer from a severe form of physical illness called obesity.

1. Naukasana –

Named the Naukasana or boating helps reduce belly fat , toning the abdominals and strengthening the lower part of the back. . Hold your hand on your body. Take some deep breaths. Now slowly lift the body, chest, arm and leg from the floor while taking a deep breath. Hold this position for a few seconds or as long as you can. You will always feel chest, stomach and muscles. Slowly return to normal. While inhaling, loosen the poses and return to the original position. Repeat the asana at least three times.

2. PawanMuktasana –

This polish is very useful for fat burning on your thighs, hip and abdomen.

Step back on your back. Now slowly raise your feet and close your hand on your knees. In this situation, he brings his feet closer to the body. Keep this position for a few seconds. Slowly release the pose and bring your head to the floor. After you have finished, stop your feet and relax.

3. Bhujansana –

This is called Cobra Posen. This pose is especially useful for toning and stretching the arms, shoulders, buttocks, thighs, backs and abdomen. Bhjangasana is an excellent asana for reducing abdominal fat. If you practice it regularly, this pose might have to reach your flat belly.

Steps –

Sit down on your stomach floor. Place your palm on the floor next to the shoulder. Inhale and lift the body up to the navel at the same time. Keep this posture for a few seconds and slowly return to its original position. Repeat the body position three times.

4. Paschimottan Asana –

This is also considered an excellent posture against abdominal fat. This helps to reduce abdominal fat and the abdomen, the pelvis, the thighs, the hip and the shoulders.

Sit on a flat surface, stretch your feet to the front and adjust your feet. Inhale and take your arms over your head. Now exhale and bend your body forward and try to touch your knees with your forehead. Continue this posture for a few seconds and breathe normally. Inhale and slowly return to normal. Repeat the posture twice.

5. Veer Bhadrasana –

This is called Warrior pose. In addition to reducing body fat, this posture helps in body alignment and fat burning throughout the body.

Steps –

Stand with your feet at least a foot. Now move your gaze to the right and bend your right leg 90 degrees. Now take a deep breath and lift both arms up to shoulder. Turn your head to the right and hold this posture for a few seconds or as long as possible. Inhale and return to the original position. Repeat the posture at least twice.

These poses, if they are regularly exercised, really help to reduce not only abdominal fat, but also fat from the body's entire body. Reducing abdominal fat is the hardest work in the world and requires a lot of effort from the person. But that's not impossible either.
