Google AdWords is a free keyword search resource. I always use it. It's simple, fast and free. Make sure you get more accurate results at the top right-hand column (on the search results page) to select the "exact" option. The results show how many searches are performed for a number of related keyword and keyword phrases.
You want to try a variety of searches; some with geo-concepts and without some. Do not refute where terms with geographic terms contain very few monthly searches (ie 50); if it's a number that's great. Keep in mind that certain geographic search terms (ie, "Bellingham Yin Yoga") are likely to be very well organized for yoga. This means that in the future 50 searches will be listed in the site.
Where to put keywords on your site?
Keywords, including terms, should include meta addresses, addresses, and the website. All pages on your site are an optimization option. Do not just optimize your homepage. For each yoga studio, you need to create a 50-100 keyword / phrase.
