Introduction to Yoga Psychology

One of the most advanced sciences in psychological psychology is the study of yoga psychology, human psychology compared to life and larger dimensions of existence. All that is experienced and seen within the individual can be explained in the physical content of the human being. Therefore, the understanding and understanding of human psychic functions is mostly through the study of the brain as neuropsychology. Although not all psychology meets these boundaries, much of the applied practices of psychology are in line with these ideologies; or the brain is in the body and in the brain or is part of something bigger and beyond the limits of the body. As a social practice, western psychology usually follows the path of empirical study where eastern psychology is metaphysical and spiritual. There are modern thinking schools, researchers and psychologists who go beyond these boundaries and strive to transform psychology into the full science of human consciousness. In fact, the human brain contributes significantly to the functions of thought, perception, and behavior, but at the same time there was no fundamental evidence that consciousness or consciousness can be found in brain functions. As a practice, yoga psychology usually deals with the psychological changes of one's life, with a wide range of techniques, each of which serves to regulate and modify certain irregularities affecting the human system. Yoga psychology usually follows the "natural" system of psychological health because it usually raises each case individually, helping to analyze the physical, psychological, energetic and spiritual elements of the individual's life. While faith in the spiritual aspects of life helps yoga psychology, this is not necessarily necessary. Yoga psychology should be viewed as the holistic system of psychology, which creates balance in the body and in the mind to achieve optimal health and strength. It also seeks to give people a better understanding of life as the active transformation of body, mind and spirit to achieve their full potential.
