How to discuss a yoga class

The difference between a mediocre yoga class and a completely transformed one begins with the intent of the instructor. Focusing on the physical practice of asanas, true yoga practice is not complete. The meditative theme throughout the class is useful in creating the well-being of the body, the mind, and the spirit.
