Morning has become simple: simple and healthy breakfast ideas

It is often said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but how many of us eat a healthy breakfast daily? Most of them either have breakfast foods with sugar, grease and conservative inserts, or even breakfast, or just start a day with a very caffeine drink. Making a healthy breakfast can be less time-consuming than you think. Here are some simple, quick and healthy suggestions for starting your day.

Cheese or Yogurt with Fruits – Fresh fruits, especially when they are in the season, are delicious when combined with some dairy products. Cheese or low-fat yogurt are good calorie alternatives, but if you do not care about calories, any cheese is good. Fruit can be made on the night before, or alternatively canned, frozen or even dried fruit can be used, though fresh always has always the taste and health benefits.

Breakfast Parfait – Alternatively layer a yogurt, fruit and granola in a bowl or bottle. Almost any type of fruit can be used, but the best is to use plain yogurt. If there is no granola, breakfast cereals can be used.

Breakfast Shake or Smoothie – Here you can practice your creativity. Any time yogurt or ice cream can be used. Add a few tablespoons of milk or juice. Mix in flavored milk powders or protein powders, as well as in fresh, frozen or canned fruits.

Microwave Omelet – In just a few minutes you can make a light omelette in the microwave. Eggs and milk are pulled like any other omelet while it is equipped with a microwave oven. The omelet pouring can be cooked or raw vegetables, cooked meat, seafood or desserts, spices and soft cheeses. Cook the eggs roughly approx. 1 to 1 and 1/2 minutes, or until the egg is softly cooked but still flows. Stir and make up. Microwave until the eggs are almost solid. Sprinkle the cheese on the top. Microwave cheese is melted and enjoyed with whole wheat toast.

Cereals – If you have to pack pre-packaged cereals, choose those who choose full grain and low sugar. Keep nuts, seeds and fresh or dried fruits, adding flavor and health.

All these light and healthy meals can be varied by using the foods that are already available. Experiment with your favorites and start a better day.
