Nutrition is a science that studies nutrients and other substances in foods and in the body and what these nutrients are related to health. Nutrition also examines why you choose foods and diet. Nutrients are nutritious substances in foods. They provide energy and promote the growth and maintenance of the body. Six groups of nutrients are carbohydrates, fats (sometimes lipids), proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water.

Nourishing diet has four features:

1. Appropriate

2. Balanced

3. Moderate

4. Variety

The right diet provides enough calories, essential nutrients and fiber to make it healthy. Moderate nutrition avoids over-consumption of calories or consumes more than one food or group of foods as recommended. For example, if you use too many kcalories, it leads to obesity. The concept of moderation allows you to choose the right foods from your meals and load high kcalorie high-fat foods such as fried potatoes or ice cream. This sounds simple (enough to eat, but not too much nutrition), but surveys show that most adult Americans are having difficulty.

Before the body nourishes nutrients in food, the food must be digested and nutrients are absorbed through the stomach or intestinal walls into the bloodstream. People have to choose foods and foods that are high in nutrients but are low or moderate in energy. It offers such important benefits as normal growth and development of children, promoting healthy lifestyles and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

* Adults: calcium, potassium, fiber, magnesium and vitamins A, C and E.

* Children and adolescents: calcium, potassium, fiber, magnesium and vitamin E.

Here's a useful list of healthy, nutritious foods that you can eat.

first Roasted oat pepper. Try a handful of oats in a pan and lightly drank. If you like, the oats are mostly loaded with yogurt or fruit.

2nd Total cereals like roasted oats.

3rd Full grain or oatmeal cookies.

4th Full-grain popcorn may be a healthy food, with little or no salt or butter.

5th Whole cereal snack chips like roasted tortilla chips.

6th Snack ready, full grains like roasted oats grain.

7th Oatmeal cakes.

8th Applesauce.
